We are seeking a Recruiter that is dynamic, organized, detail-oriented and personable to join our organization.

Job Duties & Functions

The essential functions/duties include, but are not limited to the following:

· Sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding clinical professionals

· Performing various marketing activities for assigned region(s)

· Posting jobs internally and on various job boards

· Working collaboratively with operations and clinical teams to determine candidate eligibility

· Generating and submitting to Human Resources, Personnel Action Notices (PANs) for terminations and data changes

· Using ATS system and DocuSign to generate offers and to collect recruiting documents

· Performing various administrative duties in order to support recruitment and operational efforts

· Attending meetings and participate in projects, as needed

· Preparing and sending weekly/monthly reports related to recruiting


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The ideal Recruiter should possess the following:

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment navigating between multiple applications, documents, and e-mails

- At least 2-5 years of recruiting experience (healthcare experience strongly preferred)

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Well-versed in communicating with clinicians/candidates over the phone, e-mail and video call

- Ability to work in a team setting, as well as independently

- Ability to accept constructive criticism

- Critical thinking/thinking outside the box

NOTE: This position is primarily remote but may require in person training

Job Type: Full Time Salaried

Pay: $65,000-$75,000, depending upon experience
